About the home

A farmhouse built the way a family actually moves.

Ponderosa Peak is our entry in the 2026 Fall Festival of Homes. It is a finished home on a real lot, not a display box, and every decision in it was made to be lived with.

The main floor is built around one long open run, great room to kitchen to dining, so the space works whether it is a Tuesday night or twenty people at Thanksgiving. The office sits off the entry, far enough from the noise to take a call.

Mudroom and laundry are their own rooms with their own doors, in a deep green cabinet finish. The primary suite is on the main floor with a fireplace, a sitting area and a walk-in closet that was sized for two people, not one.

Upstairs is the bonus room and the rest of the bedrooms. Everything you see is what we build, from the same trades we use on every custom home in Spokane and North Idaho.
