Subcontractors

Build better homes with Elk Run.

Elk Run Homes is always interested in meeting skilled, dependable subcontractors who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and clear communication.

Trade Partners

Good homes depend on good trades.

We build custom homes throughout Washington and Idaho, and we rely on experienced trade partners who take ownership of their work, maintain high standards on the job site, and follow through on commitments.

If your company is licensed, insured, safety-minded, and committed to delivering quality work, we invite you to introduce your business and apply to join our subcontractor network.

Who We Are Looking For

Trade partners who build with purpose.

Custom residential construction requires more than simply completing a scope of work. It requires trades who understand the importance of details, schedule coordination, communication, cleanliness, and respect for the client’s home and investment.

We are looking for subcontractors who:

  • Perform quality work and stand behind the finished product
  • Communicate early and clearly about scheduling, pricing, site conditions, or changes
  • Show up when committed and keep Elk Run informed if circumstances change
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
  • Treat homeowners, project teams, inspectors, and fellow trades professionally
  • Carry appropriate licensing, insurance, and worker coverage for their trade
  • Want to establish a long-term working relationship rather than pursue a one-time project
Trades We Work With

From site work to final landscaping.

We welcome applications from qualified subcontractors in all phases of custom-home construction, including:

Structure & systems

  • Excavation, clearing, grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Foundations, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, and masonry
  • Framing, structural work, siding, roofing, and exterior finishes
  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low-voltage, and fire-sprinkler systems

Finishes & site

  • Insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and specialty wall finishes
  • Cabinets, countertops, finish carpentry, doors, trim, and millwork
  • Glass, fireplaces, garage doors, gutters, and specialty installations
  • Landscaping, irrigation, fencing, hardscape, paving, and final site work

If your specialty is not listed, we still encourage you to apply.
